What type of substrate was used? I used a thick wood board that warped a month after finishing the project. I primed it first and it was indoors all the time.
Should use wedi board and tape/thinset the edges to make completely waterproof. Also attach hangers through the board before mosaicing it so they can never detach. Search for YouTubes on this.
